Description [src]

Allocate sysname for ALSA Timer and return it when it exists.

Nodes under sound subsystem in sysfs are used to gather the information.

Parameters

sysname char**
 

The string for sysname of ALSA Timer.
 The argument will be set by the function.
 The called function takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
 The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
error GError **
  The return location for a GError*, or NULL.

Return value

Returns: gboolean
 

TRUE when the overall operation finishes successfully, else FALSE.
