Allocate devnode string for rawmidi device and return it when exists.

Nodes under sound subsystem in sysfs are used to gather the information.

`card_id`	`guint`
	The numeridcal identifier of sound card.
`device_id`	`guint`
	The numeric identifier of rawmidi device for the sound card.
`devnode`	`char**`
	The string for devnode of rawmidi device.
	The argument will be set by the function.
	The called function takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
	The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
`error`	`GError **`
	The return location for a `GError*`, or `NULL`.

Returns:	`gboolean`
	`TRUE` when the overall operation finishes successfully, else `FALSE`.
